1. Who we are

Discovery ADO is a small business operating in Huntington Beach, California (USA). 2. The SMS program: what messages we send

On behalf of our client businesses, we send a one-time SMS to each of their existing customers asking them to leave a Google review for the business they recently purchased from. A typical message looks like:

Hi [Customer Name], this is [Client Business Name]. Thanks for your recent visit — would you mind leaving a quick Google review? Takes 30 seconds: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.

Messages are transactional (one per customer, related to a completed service) — not marketing or promotional. Customers do not receive recurring or unsolicited messages.

3. How consumers consent to receive messages

Consent is established through the existing business relationship between our client and the recipient. Specifically:

Recipients can opt out at any time by:

Each recipient typically receives one SMS per business per service. We do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing campaigns. Message and data rates may apply from the recipient's mobile carrier. Discovery ADO does not charge recipients for messages.
