These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of discoveryado.com and any services provided by Discovery ADO. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Discovery ADO provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• AI Search Optimization (AI SEO, GEO, ADO, ChatGPT SEO)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Local SEO
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Google Review Automation
• Custom audits and consulting
• Additional services as listed on our website

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these Terms. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing for current services is displayed on our website and may change with reasonable notice
• Setup fees are billed at the start of engagement
• Monthly subscription services bill on the same date each month
• Payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Late payments may result in service suspension
• The "$49 Audit + Fix-It Kit — FREE this month" promotional offer is at our discretion and may end without notice; orders placed during the promotional window honor the discount

4. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• One-time services (audits, setup fees) are non-refundable once work has begun, except as described in our Refund Policy
• The 30-Day 5★ Review Guarantee applies to Google Review Automation under the conditions detailed in our Refund Policy

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Grant necessary access (Google Business Profile, website CMS, hosting, etc.) when required
• Respond to our communications within reasonable time
• Approve drafts and content in a timely manner (typically 48 hours)
• Not engage in illegal activity or violate any third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Discovery ADO or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Deliverables we create for paying clients (custom llms.txt files, schema markup, content rewrites) become the client's property once payment is complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation frequency, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or any other specific business result
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Discovery ADO, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your business operations.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, Twilio, HubSpot, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or terms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that harms our business or other clients. You may terminate at any time per the cancellation terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent site notice.
