Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services from Discovery ADO.
1. $49 Audit + Fix-It Kit
- If unsatisfied with your delivered audit, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund
- The audit must be delivered (not just ordered) for the 7-day window to start
- Free-this-month promotional orders are subject to the same satisfaction guarantee, even though no payment was collected
2. Monthly Subscriptions (ADO Growth, Google Review Automation, Combo)
- Month-to-month — cancel anytime; service runs through the end of the current billing period
- The setup fee ($199 or $499 for Combo) is non-refundable once setup work has begun
- The monthly fee is not pro-rated. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date
- No refunds for completed monthly cycles
3. 30-Day Doubled-5★ Reviews Guarantee (Google Review Automation)
If we don't double your 5★ Google review count within 30 days of campaign launch, you get a full refund of the $199 setup fee. Conditions:
- Client must supply a list of at least 500 past customers with valid contact info
- Client must have an active Google Business Profile
- Client must approve outreach copy within 48 hours of receipt
- Campaign must run continuously for the full 30-day window
- "Doubled" means the total number of 5-star reviews on the Google Business Profile must be at least 2× the starting count at campaign launch
- Refund must be requested within 14 days of the 30-day window ending
4. How to Request a Refund
Email isaiah@discoveryado.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Service Name]"
- Order date and email address used at purchase
- Reason for the request
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through us, you waive your right to a refund under this policy and may be liable for chargeback fees.
